If you cancel after 00:00:00 hotel time, 4 day(s) prior to arrival date, the forfeiture amount will be 75% from the total stay.

All cancellations must be made in written form and a confirmation of the hotel must be kept.
Should the Operator systematically fail to comply with the payment deadlines, the hotel reservas the right to cancel this agreement.
